Employers have very little time going through resume’s. Instead of the essay style comment, write out the highlight of your job experience in an itemized format. For example:
* 13 years experience with mountain biling and BMX’ing
* I worked at X company for x years, Y company for y years, etc.
* I’ve been an affetionado of bikes since childhood
Keep it short, precise and organized. Management people’s attention span for resume’s is 3 min. max.
My advise comes from experience because I’ve been in management positions for more than 25 years.
